At ThatRazoKidd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our 30-day return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- BATTERIES
- ANY RAZOR KITS
- BRAKES
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the return label.
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided in your return instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and there is a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
6. Exchanges
we off exchanges on defective products, please reach out via email. once defective product is received and inspected a a new item will be shipped to you.
